Prepare the bicycle for the journey between rides.
Vancharli Outdoor is an OEM & ODM factory making custom bike travel bags and bicycle covers. Choose a carrying bag for a folded bicycle or a fitted cover for an assembled bike. We develop the size, fabric, openings, and carrying details around how your customers will use the product.

Choose a reference to modify, or send your drawings, photos, or sample for custom development. A matching wheel bag can also be included in your custom collection.
Materials, dimensions, and supplied accessories are confirmed for each version. For bags mounted on the bicycle during a ride, see our bicycle bag range.

A black, soft-sided bag with a rounded top, long webbing handles, and adjustable buckle straps. This design can be developed to hold a folded bicycle, with the opening and body sized around its folded shape. Fit is confirmed from the actual bicycle measurements, including pedals and other projecting parts.

A shaped fabric cover that reaches across much of the bicycle’s sides and around the wheel areas, leaving the saddle exposed in the reference image. It helps separate the covered parts from nearby belongings. The coverage, openings, and edges can be adjusted for the intended bicycle and use.

A round, zippered bag with a top carry handle for a removed bicycle wheel. It can be developed as a matching accessory alongside the main bicycle bag. Diameter, depth, and any local reinforcement are selected around the wheel, tire, and hub.

A close-fitting cover shaped around both wheels and the lower section of an assembled bicycle. The upper frame, handlebar, and saddle remain exposed. Designed to cover the bicycle while it is parked or placed in a vehicle, it helps keep the tire and lower-bike areas apart from nearby surfaces.
Build the details around the bicycle and its use.
For a folding bike bag, provide the bicycle’s folded length, height, and width. For a cover, show which areas need covering and which should remain exposed. We adjust the body and openings around those measurements. If rail travel is part of the intended use, provide the relevant packing and size requirements before development.
Suitable transport bags can use double-layer Oxford fabric, including 600D options where specified. Choose the fabric weight, inner layer, and reinforcement around the handling needs. Water-repellent finishes can be considered for splash resistance. Covers need materials that suit their shape, flexibility, and contact with the bicycle.
Choose zipper routes, opening size, buckle straps, and cover edges around how the product goes on and comes off. Enclosed bike transport bags can include wheel compartments, separators, or retaining straps where needed. These are project options and are not assumed to be included in the reference covers.
On carrying designs, handle length and position can be adjusted around the packed bicycle. An adjustable shoulder strap can provide another carrying option. Coordinate webbing, grip covers, colors, logos, labels, and packaging to create private label bike travel bags with clear loading and carrying instructions.
Factory support from the first fit check to the finished order.
Vancharli Outdoor has manufactured bags since 1995. We work with brands, wholesalers, procurement teams, and importers to develop bicycle transport products around how their customers pack, carry, and store a bike.

We begin with the journey or storage routine the product needs to serve. Carrying a folded bicycle, loading it into a vehicle, and covering tires indoors call for different details. This helps establish a useful specification before sampling begins.
Folded dimensions, wheelbase, tire width, and projecting parts affect the pattern. We use the relevant bicycle information to develop the fit, rather than treating a larger bag as a universal solution.
Your team can check how the bicycle enters the bag or how the cover fits over it. This helps identify awkward openings, tight areas, or straps that are difficult to reach while the design can still be changed.
For carrying bags, handles and shoulder straps need support where they join the body. We develop the surrounding seams, webbing, and fabric layers together, then assess the complete sample with the agreed load.
Extra fabric layers, reinforcement, pockets, and carrying parts all affect cost. For wholesale bike travel bags, we can compare proposed versions and help you choose the features that are useful to your customers.
We record approved dimensions, materials, accessories, and artwork for each version. Our China and Southeast Asia production resources can be considered alongside your sourcing needs, with manufacturing arrangements confirmed for the order.
Reduce rubbing, contain dirt, and make carrying easier.
Features vary by design. Double-layer fabric, water-repellent finishes, and carrying straps apply only where specified.

On double-layer transport bags, the extra fabric provides another barrier between the bicycle and surrounding surfaces. Suitable materials and reinforcement help reduce scuffing during normal handling and lower the risk of damage caused by rubbing.

Covers that enclose the tires and lower-bike areas help separate dirt from nearby luggage, floors, or vehicle interiors. Riders can choose the coverage that suits the surfaces they want to keep clean.

On carrying designs, handles make it easier to lift and position the packed bicycle. A specified adjustable shoulder strap provides another way to carry it. The length and attachment positions are developed around the load and carrying height.

On versions with a water-repellent outer finish, droplets bead on the surface and are less readily absorbed. This helps resist incidental splashes during everyday handling. It does not make the complete bag or cover fully waterproof.
Choose the design around where the bicycle is going.
A folding bike carry bag keeps the folded bicycle contained during station transfers and the walking sections of a journey. Choose the bag around the bike’s folded dimensions, and check the operator’s size, packing, and reservation requirements before travelling.
A suitable cover helps keep covered tires and lower-bike areas apart from luggage and interior surfaces. A bicycle carrying bag offers another option when the bike is packed inside. The bicycle must still be secured appropriately during the journey.
After a ride, a wheel and lower-bike cover can help keep tire dirt away from the area where the bicycle is placed. It suits situations where the wheels need covering while the upper frame and handlebar remain accessible.
A bike transport bag can contain the prepared bicycle during loading, unloading, and short carrying sections. Handles, shoulder straps, and any internal separation should suit the packing method and the distance the bag needs to be carried.

Six checks matched to the finished product.
Checks follow the approved sample and written requirements. The intended bicycle is used where needed to assess fit, loading, and handling.
Confirm outer and inner fabrics, specified layer counts, and reinforcements. Check 600D Oxford fabric where selected. For water-repellent versions, compare the finish with the approved material and assess its surface performance using the agreed method.
Inspect panel dimensions, seam alignment, stitching, and edge finishing. Carrying bags require attention around handles, shoulder-strap fittings, and the base. Covers are checked around shaped wheel sections and their upper and lower edges.
Pack the agreed bicycle or fit the cover to the reference bike. Check that the opening allows the intended operation without excessive pulling. Review whether zippers, edges, or straps catch on pedals, axles, or other projecting parts.
Check material coverage at agreed contact points. Where a custom transport bag includes wheel compartments, dividers, or protective pieces, confirm their positions and attachment. Review the loaded bag for unwanted contact between hard parts.
Assess carrying handles, shoulder straps, adjusters, and their attachment areas with the agreed load. Check strap adjustment and lifting balance. On covers, review how the edges and any fastenings hold the fabric in its intended position.
Confirm dimensions, branding, closure operation, accessories, and appearance. Where a project has an agreed packed-size limit, measure the loaded sample against it. Check labels, instructions, and packing quantities against the approved version.
Fit, construction, and purchasing details to confirm.
Our typical MOQ is 300 pcs/style. Send the selected designs, sizes, colors, and quantities. Different materials and accessories may have separate minimums. Any matching wheel bags should be listed separately in the quotation request.
Yes. A folding bike bag is developed around the bicycle’s folded dimensions and weight. Provide photographs and measurements, including projecting pedals or other parts. The opening and handles can then be planned around loading and carrying the folded bike.
Rules vary by operator, route, service, and bicycle type. Some accept folded bicycles as luggage, while others require specific dimensions, full enclosure, or a bicycle reservation. The bag can be developed around stated packing requirements, but it does not guarantee permission to board.
A cover wraps around selected parts of the bicycle to separate them from surrounding surfaces. A carrying bag contains the prepared bicycle and has load-bearing handles or straps. A partial cover does not meet a full-enclosure requirement and should not be used to lift the bike unless a separate carrying structure is developed.
They add a fabric barrier that can help reduce rubbing and scuffing. Protection also depends on fit, reinforcement, and packing. Double-layer fabric does not automatically provide foam cushioning or resistance to crushing and heavy impacts.
Yes. Suitable outer fabrics and water-repellent finishes can be selected for splash resistance. Seams, zippers, and openings still affect the finished product. Splash-resistant bike transport bags should not be described as fully waterproof.
These can be developed for suitable carrying bags. Internal compartments can separate removed wheels from the frame, while an adjustable shoulder strap adds a carrying option. Neither feature is assumed to be included in the reference covers.
Provide the preferred reference, intended use, bicycle dimensions, quantities, and target price. Include fabric layers, splash resistance, handles, shoulder straps, internal storage, logos, and packaging requirements. If rail travel is part of the project, provide the relevant packed-size and enclosure requirements as well.
