Custom side bags for everyday loads and cycling trips.
Vancharli Outdoor is an OEM & ODM bag factory making custom bicycle panniers, mainly with sewn construction. Choose single bags, connected double panniers, or a convertible backpack with helmet storage. We develop the fabrics, pockets, rack attachments, and branding around your product requirements.

Single, double, and convertible styles for your collection.
These six reference designs offer different flap shapes, outer pockets, and carrying options. Choose a simple double pannier, a pocketed single bag, or a design that also works as a backpack. Materials and weather protection vary by style.
The measurements below are reference dimensions. Final dimensions and usable capacity are confirmed for the selected version.
Choose a reference to modify, or send drawings, sketches, product photos, or a physical sample to develop your own design. We can also discuss shapes and layouts beyond these six styles.
For a range covering several storage positions, pair these panniers with complementary products from our bicycle bag collection.

Reference size: 11.8 × 5.5 × 11.8 in
Two side compartments are joined by a panel that sits across the rear rack. Buckled flaps cover the main openings, while large mesh pockets provide extra storage outside the bags. Black panels and contrasting lower trim give this double pannier a practical look for everyday cycling collections.

Reference size: 50 × 26 × 13.5 cm
Made from waterproof TPU material with high-frequency welded seams, this pannier is fully waterproof when correctly closed. The body narrows toward the base and has a broad front panel, carry handle, and rear rack fittings. It offers waterproof storage for commuting and touring.

Reference size: 37 × 31 × 13 cm
A tall single pannier with a wide flap secured by two buckle straps. A front zip pocket and an outer mesh pocket provide storage outside the main compartment. The gray body and black trim create a simple, understated look for commuter and everyday cycling ranges.

Reference size: 31 × 23 × 50 cm
This bag mounts beside the bicycle’s rear wheel and can also be carried as a backpack. An outer panel opens to hold a cycling helmet outside the main compartment. Shoulder straps and a top handle provide two carrying options. Helmet fit depends on its shape and size.

Reference size: 29.5 × 26 × 12 cm
An olive-green double pannier with wide rectangular flaps and two buckle straps on each side. The box-shaped bodies and long vertical webbing give it a simple utility style. Broad flaps and plain side panels offer a different look from the mesh-pocket and convertible designs.

Reference size: 40 × 17 × 35 cm
Made from PVC mesh-reinforced fabric with sewn seams, this connected double pannier offers splash resistance. Wide flaps cover the openings, and two buckle straps secure each side. Its glossy surface and box-shaped compartments distinguish it from the textile styles. This sewn version is not fully waterproof.
Choose the fabric, storage, attachment, and finish.
Compare suitable polyester, nylon, Oxford fabrics, or PVC mesh-reinforced fabric for sewn designs. Choose the fabric weight, texture, lining, and supporting layers to suit your preferred look and price. Rain protection also depends on seams and openings; waterproof fabric alone does not make a sewn bag fully waterproof.
Adjust the bag’s height, depth, front corners, and flap size around what it needs to carry. Front zip pockets, mesh pockets, and internal organizers can be added or changed. For the helmet-storage design, we can develop the outer panel and straps around a selected cycling helmet.
Choose hooks, fastening straps, lower fixing points, and rear support to suit the rack. Connected double panniers also need the right width between the two bags. Suitable designs can use tool-free quick-release fittings. Handles, shoulder straps, and backpack straps are planned with the mounting parts so the bag works on and off the bicycle.
Coordinate fabric colors, webbing, buckles, piping, logos, and labels across the range. Place artwork where flaps and pockets will not hide it during use. Private label pannier bags can include your approved graphics, product labels, and packaging, with clear information about accessories, installation, and whether the product is sold singly or as a set.
Factory support for a pannier range your customers can use.
Vancharli Outdoor has manufactured bags since 1995. We help brands, wholesalers, procurement teams, and importers develop sewn panniers for their customers, target prices, and selected racks.

Adding a pocket changes the cutting, sewing, and space around it. We consider the front pocket, mesh panels, and flap together, so your team can check the complete layout on a sample before deciding what to keep.
Hooks and clips need more than a place on the back panel. We develop the support behind them, the surrounding reinforcement, and their positions together. This helps your team assess how the finished bag carries the intended load.
One product may be a single bag; another may be two bags joined together. We make the order unit clear in the quotation and packing details. If a design needs different left and right versions, those differences are also identified.
The backpack-convertible style needs to work during the ride and after removal. We review where the shoulder straps go while riding, how the rack fittings sit during carrying, and how the helmet holder works with the packed bag.
More pockets, different fabrics, extra support, or another mounting system can change the cost. For wholesale bike panniers, we can compare proposed versions and help you choose a useful combination of features for the planned selling price.
Our production resources in China and Southeast Asia can be considered with your sourcing needs. Tell us the destination market, material requirements, and quantities early, so the proposed production arrangement can be discussed alongside product development.
Less to wear, easier removal, and practical protection.
Features vary by style. Quick-release mounting, waterproofing, backpack conversion, and helmet storage apply only to designs equipped with those features.

Panniers give clothing, food, and daily supplies a place on the rack instead of the rider’s back. Riders can carry suitable belongings on the bicycle while keeping their shoulders free of that bag’s weight.

On styles fitted with quick-release rack clips, riders can attach and remove the pannier without tools. This makes it easier to take the bag indoors after parking or leave it off the bicycle when it is not needed.

The sewn PVC mesh-reinforced double pannier helps protect belongings from road splashes. The welded TPU version provides fully waterproof storage when correctly closed. The level of protection depends on the selected style.

The convertible style can be removed from the rack and carried as a backpack. Its opening outer panel holds a suitably sized cycling helmet outside the main compartment, leaving the main storage space available for other belongings.
Match the design to the load and destination.
Commuter panniers can carry a change of clothes, lunch, and personal supplies. Pocketed designs provide extra places for smaller belongings. The convertible backpack suits riders who continue on foot after parking and want to take their helmet along.
Connected double panniers provide space on both sides for suitable purchases. Separate compartments help divide the load, while flap openings allow access during stops. Opening width and base shape can be developed around the items customers usually buy.
Touring panniers can be planned around clothing and overnight equipment, with the load shared across the bicycle’s luggage. Daily packing habits help determine pocket placement and closure preferences. Weather protection is chosen for the intended trip and product requirements.
For rides to a park, picnic area, or nearby destination, panniers can carry an extra layer and selected supplies. Double-sided layouts provide room to divide shared belongings. The backpack-convertible style offers a carrying option for walking after leaving the bicycle.

Six inspection areas matched to each design.
Checks follow the approved sample and written requirements. Sewn panniers are reviewed for their assembly, support, fittings, and operation. The welded waterproof style and convertible design receive the checks relevant to their additional features.
Compare outer fabrics, lining, mesh, webbing, buckles, zippers, and rack fittings with the approved samples. Check material type, color, finish, and component dimensions. Confirm the specified PVC mesh-reinforced fabric or TPU material on the relevant style.
Inspect seam alignment, stitches, seam allowances, and reinforcement around straps, handles, and mounting areas. Check how the flaps, pockets, and connecting panels are sewn together. On the welded TPU style, inspect the welds for continuity and alignment.
Check rear support panels, hooks, straps, and lower fixing points where used. On quick-release versions, check that the clips engage and release correctly on the selected rack. Use the agreed load to assess unwanted movement, loosening, or changes in the rear panel’s shape.
Measure the finished bag and check that connected sides sit as intended. Fit the sample to the agreed rack or bicycle to review the connecting panel, distance from the wheel, and space behind the pedals. Confirm left and right orientation where required.
Open and close flaps, buckles, pockets, and zippers with the planned items inside. Check whether packing restricts access or closure. On the convertible design, also review shoulder-strap storage, backpack carrying, and helmet-holder fit using the selected helmet.
Check the sewn PVC version against the agreed splash-resistance requirements and the welded TPU version against the waterproof requirements. Before packing, also confirm appearance, branding, accessories, labels, and quantities, including whether each package contains one bag or a complete set.
Details to confirm before placing an order.
Our typical MOQ is 300 pcs/style. For double panniers and paired products, the quotation states whether the order unit is a connected set, a pair, or an individual bag. Different colors and selected materials or components may have separate minimums.
Yes. OEM and ODM projects can start from one of these references or your own drawings, sketches, photos, or sample. Tell us what to keep and what to change, including the rack attachments, bag dimensions, pockets, and branding.
Not automatically. Protection depends on the fabric, seams, openings, and complete construction. The sewn PVC mesh-reinforced reference is splash-resistant. The TPU reference uses high-frequency welded seams and is fully waterproof when correctly closed. Other styles are specified individually.
No. Fit depends on the rack’s dimensions, tube diameter, side support, and the bag’s attachments. There also needs to be enough space around the rider’s heels and the wheel. Send clear rack photographs and measurements, or a rack sample, so fit can be reviewed during development.
Yes. The outer panel opens to hold a helmet outside the main compartment. Fit depends on the helmet’s dimensions and shape. Send a helmet sample or measurements if you need it to hold a particular type; one holder should not be assumed to fit every helmet.
Yes. Styles equipped with quick-release rack clips can be attached and removed without tools. The clips must fit the selected rack and have suitable support in the bag. Other styles may use different fastenings, so confirm the mounting details for the design you choose.
No. They are reference dimensions, not confirmed volume measurements. Flaps, closures, curved panels, lining, and supporting parts affect the available space. For double panniers, capacity information should clearly state whether the figure is for one side or the complete set.
Send the preferred design, quantities by color, target dimensions or capacity, and rack details. Include fabric preferences, pocket requirements, branding, packaging, and accessories. State any splash-resistance or waterproof requirements separately. For the convertible design, also describe the helmet and carrying needs.
